For over 15 years, Melise thrived as an international model, experiencing the demands of an industry often focused on external appearances. From the fast-paced environment of NYC to the influential scenes of Milan and Paris, she witnessed firsthand the impact of societal pressures on women's health and self-image. Having personally navigated and overcome her own struggles with an eating disorder and body dysmorphia, Melise now brings a refreshingly honest and "no BS" approach to women's wellness coaching. Her unique background allows her to connect with clients on a deeper level, offering practical, sustainable strategies rooted in real-world experience and a genuine desire to empower women to feel their best, inside and out.
